This year Ogdensburg Elementary School is upgrading to the EnVision Mathmatics 2.0 program.  It is a rigours program that  is closely alligned to New Jersey's Common Core Standards.   This is a wonderful program that encourages the students to really understand and explain why they are doing what they are doing.  It pushes the students to take their thinking to a higher level especially with regards to extract ing mat h out of word problems.  In addition to the program we will also spend time with memorizing the Multiplication Facts.  These facts are so important to everything your child will be doing in the later grades.
